Installation

This guide covers installing MorphIQ MotiveWave indicators and strategies on your MotiveWave platform.

Installation Steps​

  1. Obtain the plugin JARs from your MorphIQ Labs administrator or download from the releases page

  2. Locate your MotiveWave studies folder:

    • macOS: ~/Documents/MotiveWave/studies/
    • Windows: C:\Users\YourName\Documents\MotiveWave\studies\
    • Linux: ~/Documents/MotiveWave/studies/

  3. Copy the JAR files to the studies folder:

    wavelets-X.X.X-motivewave.jar
    ict-X.X.X-motivewave.jar
    orderflow-X.X.X-motivewave.jar

  4. Restart MotiveWave to load the new studies

Verify Installation​

  1. Open MotiveWave
  2. Open any chart
  3. Click Study → Add Study
  4. Search for any MorphIQ study:
    • "SWT Trend" (Wavelet Studies)
    • "Imbalance Sniper" (Order Flow)
    • "ICT Mentorship" (ICT Strategies)

If the studies appear in the list, installation was successful.

License Activation​

After installation, you need to activate your MorphIQ license:

  1. Open any MorphIQ study/strategy
  2. Go to Settings → License tab
  3. Paste your MorphIQ license key
  4. The key is stored globally — you only enter it once

Troubleshooting​

Studies Not Appearing​

  • Ensure the JAR files are in the correct studies folder
  • Restart MotiveWave completely (not just the chart)

Performance Issues​

  • Ensure sufficient heap memory in MotiveWave settings
  • For very short timeframes, consider using Auto Window sizing in study settings
